Mon - Sat 10:30 am - 2:30 pm

Sun    Upon Special request, overtime fee will apply

Delivery fee starting from $55, based on delivery zone at check out

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I have my order delivered early in the morning/late in the evening?

A: Yes, but this service cannot be guaranteed and will be based on our schedule and availability. For outside of our boutique hour deliveries, additional overtime charge will apply. Send in your inquiry and special request through email ahead of time to ensure there's a slot for your order!

Q: How will my order arrive?

A: Our delivery team will give you a call upon arrival, and will require you to meet the driver outside of the building to pick-up your balloons. For safety reasons, our delivery team will not go into your building. If no one is available to receive the balloons, the delivery person is instructed to leave the balloons with the concierge or outside. It is always good to inform the recipient of the delivery and make sure someone is available to receive it on the spot.

Q: What should I do if the product is damaged upon delivery?

A: As balloons are fragile in nature, even though we treat our balloon prior to inflation, damage to balloons is still possible due to weather and other factor. If your balloons are damaged upon delivery, give us a call right away and do not take the balloons in, our delivery team will bring the balloons back and redeliver it to you. Once the balloon is delivered into your hands, we are not responsible for any breakage due to putting the balloons outside/rough handling/unpredictable pressure change in the room, etc. 

Q: Can I return the balloons after it is delivered?

A: We do not accept returns once the balloons have been inflated. We are charging based on service & product, once the balloons has been inflated or made, there is no way to re-sell the balloons or put back into inventory. Once the delivery has been made and balloons are handed off, no refund will be issued.
